Leiderschapsontwikkeling en high potential management

Ik heb meer dan 25 jaar in de internationale financiele dienstverlening gewerkt, de laatste jaren voornamelijk in senior HR posities zoals HR Directeur of Hoofd Leiderschapsontwikkeling en Talent Management. Tijdens deze uitdagende reis heb ik een schat aan ervaring opgedaan en een multi-cultureel perspectief op arbeid, samenwerken, talent agility en leiderschapseffectiviteit ontwikkeld. Ik heb verscheidene leiderschapsprogramma's gebouwd en uitgerold, alsmede succesvolle diversiteits- en inclusion programma's neergezet. Dit heb ik gedaan zowel op lokaal niveau als op internationaal niveau. Ik heb talenten en executives vanuit verschillende landen en achtergronden mogen coachen.
