Ik heb meer dan 25 jaar in de internationale financiele dienstverlening gewerkt, voornamelijk in senior HR posities. Tijdens deze uitdagende reis heb ik een schat aan ervaring opgedaan en een multi-cultureel perspectief op arbeid, samenwerken, talent agility en leiderschapseffectiviteit ontwikkeld. Ik heb verscheidene leiderschapsprogramma's gebouwd en uitgerold. Ik heb ook HR teams omgezet naar een meer tactische en strategische focus met een sterkere focus op de business. Dit heb ik gedaan zowel op lokaal niveau als op internationaal niveau.

De ingrediënten van mijn aanpak bij HR Transformaties zijn:

  • Als HR gerichte kennis van de business van je bedrijf om op tactisch en strategische wijze te kunnen adviseren
  • Het bepalen van de gewenste positionering van HR, het gewenste profiel van de medewerkers, in samenspraak met de organisatie
  • Het bepalen van het gewenste en geaccepteerde target operating profiel - van operatie naar advies en coaching
  • Assessment en opleiding om HR adviseurs te kunnen ontwikkelen naar het gewenste profiel
  • Implementatieplan, al dan niet in fases, al naar gelang de impact van de transformatie
