Develop and implement an Outward Mindset

This workshop is an interactive, two-day training (one day version and online version available) in which basic concepts of the Outard Mindset are presented. In the training, video images are used to clarify matters and create awareness through individual and group exercises. And furthermore, through one-to-one sharing and application of the tools, aimed at on-the-job situations that participants encounter. You go home with a concrete action plan to solve a difficult situation. When the two-day training is given in-company, it can of course be taylored to the needs and daily practice of the organization.

How can you change an Internal Mindset?
This is a personal choice. The first step is for leaders, managers and employees of an organization to understand the problem and recognize its effect on their performance. Then they can learn an approach in which they focus more on the results of the organization. Learning another way of looking at others, stepping over their biases, be curious. An external mindset has a positive effect on collaboration between people and teams.
