Coaching is:

  • A partnership whereby we jointly explore reaching insights and solutions to (pressing) issues at hand
  • A professional relationship that helps you to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be
  • Confidential discussions to create insights in strengths and limitations, removing limiting believes, to experiment with new (leadership) behaviors and strategies and to build new capabilities

If it is relevant in the discussion, I connect experiences to leadership models and strategies and to personality type insights. It is about change, action and results and you determine what areas to focus on.

Our coaching:

Once you decide you want to work with me, we will have a more intensive intake conversation. At this point in time we will:

  • explore your coaching question in more detail
  • get to know each other better
  • design our alliance, by discussing and agreeing how and where we will work together
  • how many sessions might be needed
  • start coaching

How many sessions:

On average, 3-8 coaching sessions - of 1 to 1/2 hrs- are asked for by clients. This depends on what you would like to work on. I will ask you to work on assignments in between the sessions, or to reflect on a question. All in support of your growth.

After our last session we will together evaluate where you are in your development and what you have accomplished. Depending on your needs, our coaching relationship might end here, or might continue for a few more sessions.
