HR Transformation Programs

I have worked in senior HR positions in the international financial services business over 25 years. In this capacity I have experienced periods of growth, mergers, managing during financial crisis, many reorganizations, innovation initiatives and an IPO (listing of a company). In my roles as HR Director and Head of Leadership & Development, I had the privilege to work with talented leaders and individuals from various countries and cultures, in various business challenges. During this exciting journey I gained a wealth of knowledge and a truly multi-cultural perspective on ‘Work Culture’, co-operation, Talent Agility and Leadership Effectiveness. Change has been the constant factor in my work and in the company and as such I have had the opportunity to transform HR teams to a more tactic and strategic approach with a strong focus on the business. I have been able to do this on local and on international level.

The ingredients of my approach with regards HR Transformations are:

  • To have HR have deeper knowledge of the business in order to be able to advise on both strategic as tactic level
  • To define the most effective positioning of HR, the success profile of HR employees. All in co-operation with the business/company
  • Together with the business define the HR target operating model that would best fit the purpose - from operational to more advisory, agile and coaching
  • Assessment and training to develop HR advisers or generalists towards the new profile
  • Define the implementation plan, in phases or not, depending on the impact of the transformation
