Set-up of the program

After an intake we follow a five step approach:

  1. Via diversity theory together we draw a pitcture of your situation and clarify why you run into ‘your headwinds’
  2. We then look at your personality, your strengths, experience and create your personal USP
  3. We move to your aspirations and longer term ambitions and check if they are in balance
  4. Finally we focus on what is holding you back, your limiting beliefs, what barriers do you need to overcome and capitalize on your existing and future network. Optional: a feed forward 360*
  5. We create your development action plan. Part of which includes how you can help other women.

Free session for your HR team

I have years of experience in building diversity and inclusion programs, and I know the value that HR can bring. That is why I offer a free of charge, half day session for your HR team. Together we can for example look at some main processes such as recruitment or promotions from an inclusion perspective.
